We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in forfeiting your deposit or cancellation fee. No-shows, where a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, may be charged a no-show fee or may forfeit their deposit. REFUNDS Refunds for services will not be provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and schedule a complimentary correction or touch-up if necessary.
